COMIC STRIP TEASED • ONE SCRIPT • MULTIPLE VISIONS
Panel 1: Rough looking dude walking in front of a picture window that says, “Saloon” on it (on boardwalk in front of an “Old West” tavern). This man is wearing a duster, low brimmed hat and has a scar running up the left side of his face, over his eye and onto his forehead. He is looking around with both hands carrying a firearm (could be Colt Peacemakers, shotguns, or one of each). He’s yelling, “C’mon out, you little dig turd!”
Panel 2: Second man, crouching low on a horse, crashes through the saloon window (from the inside), slamming into our “rough looking dude.” Glass and window pane fragments flying everywhere, this is a super violent action scene which can be viewed from the side or the head-on point of view... whatever needs to be done to make the action explode out of the panel. Finally, the man on the horse is shouting, “Caca de perro, mis nalgas!”* (*Translated: Dog turd my ass!”) This phrase is in the context of an English-speaking person trying to verbalize an “Americanism” into Spanish.
